2. Eligibility : NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law) who are eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Employees or contract employees of Sponsor, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and parents and their immediate families or persons living in the same household of such individuals, are ineligible. CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

3. Contest Dates: Contest Dates begin at Contest Start Date and ends at Contest End Date as described in Section 1 above. During the Contest Dates there will be a total of forty three (43) Weekly Contests. The first Weekly Contest will begin at 9am PT on March 6, 2015 and end at 11:59pm PT on March 12, 2015. The second Weekly Contest will begin at 12am PT on March 13, 2015 and end at 11:59pm PT on March 19, 2015. Thereafter, each weekly contest will begin at 12am on the day following the last day of the preceding weekly contest. The last Weekly Contest will begin at 12am PT on January 1, 2016 and end at 11:59pm PT on January 7, 2016.

4. Contest Prizes:

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner must be available to travel February 24th to February 28th, 2016. Grand Prize winner and guest must be 18 years or older. The Grand Prize will consist of two (2) roundtrip coach class commercial airfare from winner’s nearest major airport to Oahu, Hawaii (estimated value of $1,000); transportation to and from the Turtle Bay Resort on the Northshore of Oahu (total value $300); four (4) nights lodging at Turtle Bay Resort for two (2) people double occupancy (estimated value of $1,200); 2 ‘Sage’ Tickets to the Wanderlust Festival Oahu at the Turtle Bay Resort on February 25th – February 28th 2016 (estimate value of $1,000); Sanuk’s For A Year! 12 Pairs of Sanuk footwear (estimated value $1,200).

Actual retail value may vary based on location of Grand Prize winners’ residence and other variables. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel from winner’s location on the same dates and on the same itinerary as solely determined by Sponsor. Any difference between approximate retail value and actual retail value will not be awarded. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by Grand Prize winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winner is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, meals, gratuities, shop purchases, incidentals, telephone calls or other personal expenses or charges incurred. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining travel and health insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance, health insurance, or any other form of insurance.

Runner Up Prize: Runner Up Prize winners will receive the Runner Up Prize as described in Section 1 above. Total estimated retail value of the prize is as described in Section 1 above. No prize substitution is allowed by winner. The prize is nontransferable and will be subject to the Sponsor’s policies. The prize is provided "AS IS" and without any warranty of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. No cash substitutions. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein.

5. How to Enter: To participate in this Contest, you must have a valid, public Instagram account . Only publicly viewable Instagram images containing the Hashtags listed below will be considered valid entries. To enter, take a photo at any retail store that sells Sanuk Footwear and post a photo of you trying on a pair of Sanuk’s to Instagram via your mobile phone. Photo must be tagged with all of the following: #TryEmOnForSighs, @sanukfootwear and Geo-Tag the Retail Shop during Contest Dates and you will automatically be entered to win. There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit. Any incomplete entries will not be considered. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. 6. Requirements for Entry : To enter, you must submit a photo, as described above. Any incomplete entries will not be considered. Your entry must meet each of the following requirements in order to be accepted as a Contest entry:

1. The entry must not violate any third party’s rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, rights of publicity, or trademark rights. The entry must not contain any third party materials (except Sponsor’s trademarks and products), or otherwise violate or infringe (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, or is otherwise objectionable.

2. The photograph you submit may not contain any nudity, or depict any obscene, indecent, illegal, or unsafe behavior, acts of violence or acts that appear to cause harm, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The photograph and description or caption may not be offensive, racist, sexist, homophobic or discriminatory against any religions or other groups.

3. Entrants must have all rights to the photograph submitted and agree that the photograph may appear on any other online platforms related to this contest, including in online advertising.

4. The photograph submitted must be of the entrant (you) ONLY unless entrant has the express consent of the other individual(s) in the photograph to use their image as required under these Official Rules. No pictures containing a minor child are allowed. Sponsor has the right to ask for proof of such consent, including a signed written consent.

By submitting the entry, you represent and warrant that there are no violations of the above requirements. Entrants agree to reimburse Sponsor and Sponsor’s affiliates in full in respect of any losses, damages, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees that they may sustain from the breach of any representation or warranty made by the entrant or the use of any rights granted by the entrant to Sponsor in these Official Rules. Sponsor may review your entry to ensure compliance with the above requirements. Any entry deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to violate any of the above requirements will not be approved and will be disqualified from this Contest. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

7. Sponsor’s Use of Photo : By submitting your photo, you:

a. Represent and warrant that you have all rights to irrevocably grant to the Sponsor, its agents, licensees, and assigns and its partners the unconditional and perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to copyright, reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use the content of the entry as-is or as-edited (with or without using your name) in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you or any other party (“Sponsor’s Use”).

b. Retain all rights to title and interest therein.

c. Agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against Sponsor’s Use of the entry, or any derivative works, infringes any of your rights or another’s rights as creator of the photo, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademark rights, and moral rights.

8. Winner Selection/Judging: All eligible photos will be judged on a weekly basis for the “Runner-Up” Prizes and the “Grand Prize” winner will be judged week of January 11, 2016 by a panel of three (3) judges based on the following criteria: a) Aesthetics (35%); b) creativity (45%); and c) style (20%), as determined by a vote of all three (3) judges. Photo with the top overall score will be determined the Contest winner. Judges' decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. In the event of a tie, the winning photo shall be the photo which Sponsor determines is the photo that exemplifies Sanuk. Judges reserve the right not to award the Contest Prize if they determine that no photo qualifies.

9. Notification: The Runner-Up Contest winners will be notified by Instagram on Friday between 10am PST & 12pm PST between the months of March 2015 and January 2016 (44 Friday’s) and the Grand Prize winner will be notified by Instagram week of January 11, 2016. If unable to make contact with the winner within seventy two (72) hours after Sponsor first attempts to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to claim the prize, Sponsor will select a back up winner in accordance with the above.

10. Redemption and Verification: To redeem the prize, the potential winners must respond within seventy two (72) hours of prize notification. Potential winners will be required to submit their shipping address and sizing information to Sanuk. Further, the potential winners (and guest for Grand Prize winner) will be required to sign and return via email within seven (7) business days of receipt of documents a W-9, an affidavit of eligibility, a Waiver and Liability Release for injuries and Image Permission granting Sponsor rights to use winners’ name, imagine and likeness from the Grand Prize trip in advertising. Failure to comply will result in the forfeit of the prize and the selection of a substitute winner from remaining eligible entries. All prize claims are subject to verification and compliance with the Official Rules.

11. Limitation on Liability and Release: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to contest entries; or alteration of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or mailed-in entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other persons' computers related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Participant agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Brian Bielmann, Lucas Nelson, Torrey Meister, their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any and all liability for claims, losses, injuries, including death, and damages arising out of their participation in this contest or any contest-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.

12. Conditions: By entering this Contest, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever sustained in connection with participating in any aspect of the Contest, breach of any representation or warranty, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of the prize. Participants also agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) that the decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the Contest; and (c) if he/she wins, to the use for advertising and promotional purposes any information submitted in the Image Application, including the photograph, without compensation (except where prohibited by law) and upon request, to provide consent to such use in writing.

All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a winner declines the prize or is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries.

14. Winners List: For winners' names after January 11, 2016, send a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope Sponsor at the Sponsor Mailing Address listed above (Residents of Vermont need not include return postage).

15. Governing Law/Binding Arbitration: This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California USA. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding and any claim shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of California in the city of Santa Barbara. Any judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

16. Additional Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest for any reason.
