Kingston 1 exterior fabric was better because it was not stiff at all. Kingston 2 is way too stiff. And it basically doesn't have the appeal and style that the first version had. I wish I could have just ordered another pair of Kingston 1 and I'd be happy. I thought Kingston 2 would be an improvement but it's not. I think Sanuks is starting to use inferior fabic for some interiors of their shoes(Chibas)it feels like horrible polyester. If that's the case they should lower the price.
