Bought them on Hawaii and wear them at the beach and to school all the time. Accidentally broke them and wrote to customer service. They immediately sent me a replacement at no additional cost. Great service! Thanks guys, love the shoes!

I was just looking for another pair of sandals to use along with my pair of rip curl, and Teva sandals. The odd thing is, the sandals got a little dusty on the second day I owned them, so I lightly rinsed them (as I have every sandal I have owned in my life) and I put on deck to dry. I had to put them on one hour later (I knew they were not dry) but as I was walking to take the garbage out, I looked at my feet and they were covered in soapy sudsy looking stuff. It was pretty crazy. I contacted them, and I got one response saying that I should NOT have gotten them (non leather) wet. This is a non-toxic agent for putting the air bubbles in them. Odd, since I rinsed my GF's sandals the exact same way and they did not do this. Owned/worn sandals of all brands (but Sanuk) my whole life and I have gotten them all wet, and never once a problem like this. I am not talking about one or two bubbles....I am talking that my feet were "covered" in bubbles you wouldn't believe it if you did not see it. I do not like this trait. Imagine walking and it rains, and your feet get a little wet, before you know it, you look like Mr Bubbles down below. I guess you could call it a built in footbath, but I don't know what chemical is in it. They are soft, and look nice, but not blowing up my skirt so far, and I don't wear skirts either....they make my hairy legs look fat.

love the feel on my feet and they are really nice to have. its like a pellow for my feet when i walk!
