Shipping Information
We base our shipping charges on the value of your order. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. We recommend that someone be available to accept the package.
Ground Shipping is free for orders more than $45 in the Continental United States depending on the value of your order. Not available in Alaska and Hawaii.
FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES SHIPPING: Limited time offer. Return and exchange shipping is FREE for customers who purchased their Sanuk product between April 2nd, 2012 and December 29, 2012 through our mail order, call center, or website within 30 days of the original invoice date. If you purchased your Product(s) during this time frame, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you.

Ground, within 3-10 business days
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
2-Day
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days when placed by 11:00am MST Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Overnight
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day when placed by 11:00am MST Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Military APO/FPO Addresses
APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO to the recipient. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO, sanuk.com is not responsible for possible delays nor can we track the shipment.
